Refund Policy

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any collection you purchase, we accept returns on any collection that is unworn and intact. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material. To qualify for a refund, all items included in a collection must be returned. Please contact us at levatio.mi@veinternational.org to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval. Only unworn collections will be accepted for returns within 30 days of when the collection was delivered to you.

 

To return your product for a refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned collection.

 

Any returned collection must be in its original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.

Warranty Policy

No warranties, express or implied. Levatio will not be liable for damage to the products that it sells, whether intentional or unintentional. If a product is returned damaged, there will be no refund issued.
